Lead Technology Coordinator, Temple University

In my current role as Lead Technology Coordinator, I coordinate all software, including applications developed in-house and those purchased from third-party vendors. I also coordinate all hardware int he library, including individual staff workstations and public technology available for Temple students, faculty, staff and members of the local community. Coordinating both software and hardware includes setting and managing expectations with library staff, managing multiple projects at once, from beginning to end, and ensuring adequate time is given for user testing and feedback from both patrons and staff. I also convene a bi-weekly project managers round-table to discuss projects going on in the library and align our practices when it comes to project documentation and communication. In this capacity, I am also responsible for the adoption of Jira and Confluence as project management tools used widely in the library.
