Are you the person who handles system upgrades of your library? Are you responsible for customizing vendor products to meet the needs of your library? Are you in charge of implementing technological initiatives at your library? If answer to any of the above question is “yes,” this session is for you! In this session, two presenters will share their experience in leading changes for technology-related projects in a medium-size public university. Presenter #1 will share her experience in leading web migration projects and implementing a new service in the library, while presenter #2 will share his experience in leading campus-wide technological initiatives. Strategies discussed in this session can be applied to any project or initiative that requires change management.
