Why Attend

The LITA Forum deals with all things related to the intersection of libraries with technology.  This year, we’re featuring  62 concurrent sessions  (20- or 45-minute presentations) and 14 poster sessions, punctuated by 3 spectacular keynotes, 2 fabulous pre-cons, and a bevy of networking opportunities:

  • Screening of Code: Debugging the Gender Gap
  • Networking Dinners
  • Game Night
  • Lightning Talks
  • Birds of a Feather excursions
  • and of course communal consumption of food and drink at our Reception, Refreshment Breaks (french fry and cobbler bars, anyone?), and delicious breakfasts and lunches (included in registration).

There’s much to gain by being involved with this event, whether you’re a newbie or a veteran.

Fact: 58% of the Lita Forum 2014 year’s attendees were first-timers!

This year’s sessions fall into the following topics:

  • IT Management
